Position: Shift Manager (m/f)

Job description:

• Daily work with databases
• Maintenance of CRM base
• Organization and monitoring of operator's work (motivation and support of team members, quality check of telephone calls)
• Ensuring the achievement of goals and levels of service, and increasing employees productivity
• Creating and submitting of daily and weekly reports
• Cooperation with Team Leaders

Your profile:

• Faculty of Economics or Faculty of Social Sciences completed
• Fluent English (knowledge of the German language is advantage)
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Quick understanding of information
• Outstanding organizational abilities
• Team management ability, pronounced initiation and independence
• Ability to work in stressful situations
