For our Client, a company providing demand generation services to major players in the IT industry, we are looking for the following position in Bosnia and Herzegovina:

REMOTE HOME BASED AGENTS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Represent and brand the company services by making professional outgoing calls to prospective clients;
• Involved in research and building customer’s interests in the services and product available;
• Engaging clients, sharing information and conducting surveys;
• Gathering and recording great client conversations;
• Responsible for contributing to projects and process improvements;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Have a good standard of education;
• Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office package i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook;
• Have excellent phone manner with clear and confident communication skills;
• Be a team player to strive for a common goal;
• Self-motivated, who enjoys working in a target-driven environment;
• Have a high level of initiative and multitasking ability;
• Excellent verbal and written English and German. Calls will be in German, need to be able to take instructions in German.

REMUNERATION/ SALARY: Highly Competitive
