Position: Recruiter in HR Department

Place of work: Sarajevo

Your job:

• Creating ads and placing ads on employment portals;
• Keeping records of incoming applications;
• Creating „pool“ of potential candidates;
• Interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing their qualifications to job requirements
• Evaluation of applicants by discussing their qualifications with managers;
• Organize training for the new employees.
• Weekly reporting

Required skills and qualifications: 

• Psychology Faculty or  Faculty of Social Sciences completed 
• Mandatory knowledge of German and English language
• Excellent organizational skills
• Teamwork skills;
• Social and communication skills;
• Able to cope with pressure;
