Our global client has chosen DDC as the business partner on the new data entry project, therefore DDC is looking for Customer Service Executive who possess knowledge of Dutch language.

Customer Service Executive for Dutch language (m/f)

Main responsibilities: 

• Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries
• Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Experience and skills: 

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Experience in strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Proficient in Dutch language (speaking, writing and reading)
