On behalf of our client – Motor Vehicle Production and Sales Leader Toyota, we are looking for a motivated candidate to successfully fill the position of:

AFTERSALES ADMINISTRATOR (m/f)

Place of work: Sarajevo

Job description:

This position is segmented in 4 parts:

1. Pricing: 

• Create and maintain service pricelist 
• Create and maintain accessories pricelist & catalogues
• Create and maintain accessories pricelist for Web
• Gather Information about competition – price comparison

2. Homologation:

• Handle requests for Type approvals and new extensions of type approval
• Handle requests for COC, Manufacturer's certificate for used vehicles

3. Projects: 

• Assistance in Aftersales projects implementation and follow-up (Toyota Standards Management, Toyota Insurance Management, etc...)
• Service reminder with Online Service Booking (all authorized partners - RTL); Call, reporting, RTL training, countermeasures…
• Direct call of customers for service campaigns and service reminder 
• Admin & control of Aftersales web content on the Toyota web + My Toyota

4. Other:

• Preparation of Aftersales reports (Special Service Campaigns, spare parts & accessories, etc)
• Other admin work

Required qualifications:

• SSS / VSS - University Degree is an advantage 
• Experience in a similar position will be an asset 
• Basic knowledge of automotive industry
• Advanced computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SAP and Navision knowledge would be considered as advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team worker
• Driving license is a must
