YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

Your day-to-day tasks will vary between planning, coding, testing so this role requires technical flexibility and a desire to learn new skills quickly and improve. Ultimately you will be working in a start-up environment, so you need to be prepared to roll your sleeves up and operate outside of traditional role definitions.

As you will be working on a new project, team is still growing so we really need individuals with strong sense of ownership and responsibility over the project. This person should be able to say “no” to lots of good things to say “yes” to one great thing. As things dont go always as planned and changes a lot, having a healthy approach to velocity and technical debt is quite important. Constant feedback, it doesnt matter is it from our team or customer but we believe it is important and should be provided whenever possible.
